We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive for one of our client based out in Mumbai. The person should have experience in performance marketing, marketplace management, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a D2C startup or a marketing agency, with a mix of experience in both content creation and performance marketing. You will be the key point of contact for managing paid media campaigns, marketplace strategies, and content initiatives aimed at building brand awareness and driving customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

 Performance Marketing Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.


 Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage the brand’s presence on key marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), ensuring product listings are optimized, campaigns are running effectively, and inventory is aligned with demand.


 Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content strategies that support performance marketing efforts. This includes writing copy, creating ads, and developing content that resonates with our target audience.


 Campaign Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns across various platforms, using data to refine

strategies, optimize budgets, and achieve KPIs.


 Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the product, design, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product launches and promotions.


 Brand Awareness & Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that drive brand visibility and engagement, building a strong connection with our community of athletes and fitness enthusiasts.


Qualifications & Skills:

 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or content marketing, preferably in a D2C startup or agency environment.

 Experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media channels.

 Solid understanding of marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and e- commerce strategies.

 Proven ability to craft engaging content and copy that resonates with a diverse, active audience.

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

 A good eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
