We are looking for a skilled Jr. MERN Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will be responsible for end-to-end development – from understanding business requirements and designing intuitive interfaces to building robust backend systems and ensuring smooth deployment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, React Native and Node.js.
Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into user-friendly interfaces.
Build scalable, high-performance backend APIs and services.
Integrate front-end components with server-side logic for seamless functionality.
Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Stay updated with the latest trends in JavaScript and web development, applying them to enhance solutions.
Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines while maintaining high code quality.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar full-stack role.
Strong proficiency in React.js for front-end development, including state management and component-based architecture.
Solid experience in Node.js and Express.js for backend API development.
Expertise in working with MongoDB and understanding database design principles.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication, and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub).
Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
